At Gildan T-Shirts Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options and timelines:

• Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Flip Flops
• Footwear & Socks
• Safety Gear

Returns & Exchanges Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3. Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following time for your refund to be processed:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing.
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
